Vizio Releases 5.1 Surround Soundbar Wireless HD Audio Home Theatre Solutions

Vizio seems to finally have come of age in the Wireless HD entertainment market. They have recently releases a true 5.1 surround Home theatre setup with multiple wireless HD audio mount points that give you a truly flexible set up that escapes the unsightly mess of audio cables running everywhere. Their flagship Soundbar line has two models and both have wireless HD audio mount points. Each Soundbar, sub-woofer and headphone is wirelessly mounted and hence can be set up with complete independence without having to sacrifice audio quality.

The new Soundbar home theatre wireless HD audio models from Vizio come in two sizes that are perfect for 32″ and 42″ HDTV models and they include both stand or wall mount options for full flexibility. The company also claims that they have exceptionally good audio clarity and fidelity thanks to high-class speaker drivers coupled with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology from SRS. That includes TruSurround HD, TruVolume and StudioSound HD.

The two models are called VTH210 and VTH310 and are suited for 32″ and 40″ HDTV models respectively. Both of these models have a sleek design to give your living room the best possible aesthetics but they are also capable of filling your room with big, home theatre worthy sound. They can also be coupled ith VHP100 wireless headphones for enjoying the same quality without disturbing anyone else.

The sub-woofers have a range of 60 feet (under optimal conditions) and still have HD audio quality. The PR mentions that the sound can be enjoyed in any room within that range, suggesting that the signal is strong enough to penetrate through walls. The Soundbar design is especially conducive to flat panel displays, blending in better than average solutions.

The VTH510 will be available for an MSRP of US$400 and the VTH210 will be available for an MSRP of US$300. The VHP100 wireless headphones will cost US$300 as well. All three are scheduled to arrive at the market in Q3, which means it should be soon.
